Οδήγηση δίκυκλου με δίπλωμα αυτοκινήτου !!

Μια μεγάλη αλλαγή επέρχεται στο χώρο της μοτοσικλέτας. Πλέον δίνεται η δυνατότητα σε έναν κάτοχο άδειας οδήγησης ΙΧ να αποκτήσει δίπλωμα οδήγησης για δίκυκλο έως 125 κ.εκ. υπό συγκεκριμένες προϋποθέσεις. Αυτό προβλέπει το νομοσχέδιο του υπουργείου Μεταφορών για τα «Σχέδια Βιώσιμης Αστικής Κινητικότητας και τη Μικροκινητικότητα» που δόθηκε στη δημοσιότητα.

Σύμφωνα με τη σχετική διάταξη, «η κατηγορία Β (Αυτοκίνητα) με τον εθνικό κωδικό αριθμό «121», ισχύει και για την οδήγηση οχημάτων της κατηγορίας Α1 (Μοτοσικλέτες μέγιστου κυβισμού 125 cm3), μόνο εντός της ελληνικής επικράτειας, υπό τις εξής προϋποθέσεις:

• κατοχής της κατηγορίας Β πάνω από έξι (6) έτη,
• συμπλήρωσης της ηλικίας των είκοσι επτά (27) ετών,
• υποχρεωτική πρακτική εκπαίδευση, διάρκειας τουλάχιστον πέντε (5) μαθημάτων.

Ποια δίκυκλα ανήκουν στην κατηγορία Α1;

Δίκυκλα με μέγιστη χωρητικότητα κυλίνδρου 125 κυβικών εκατοστών, μέγιστη ισχύ11kW και λόγο ισχύος προς βάρος μικρότερο από 0,1 kw/kg.

Πρόκειται δηλαδή για ελαφρά δίκυκλα τα οποία προορίζονται σχεδόν αποκλειστικά για χρήση εντός του αστικού ιστού.

Traffic fees by the month. How to get your license plates back

The license plates of vehicles, which have been submitted to the tax office, can be taken back by their owners and paid monthly without penaltyThis is provided from an modification submitted to the Parliament by the Ministry of Finance. 

According to the modification, the year 2021 is also included (it was already valid for the years 2018 - 2020):

- The exceptional possibility of lifting the immobility of vehicles, cars and motorcycles for private use, with partial payment of traffic fees, at the set percentages of fees in proportion to the months for which the lifting of immobility is done, instead of paying all annual fees which is normally the case. It is stipulated that a period of less than one month is counted as a whole month and an amount equal to one twelfth of the annual traffic fees is paid for it.

The obligation to pay in proportion to the traffic fees, for the months remaining until the end of the year and not the total of the annual traffic fees, in case of removal of the compulsory immobilization of a vehicle.

When the vehicle is stationary and if the vehicle has been transported to a new location other than the one originally declared, the stopping point is declared again. In case of overdue immovable or non-immovable property, an independent fine equal to twice the annual traffic fees is imposed, minus twice the amount of the already paid twelfths of the annual traffic fees.

It is noted that this year the license plates that were submitted electronically for over 130,000 vehicles.

Examples

According to the regulation, an owner of a car 2,000cc who is normally charged an annual fee of 690 euros, who will want to put the license plates in his car again for a period of two months (July and August) will be charged a fee of 115 euros (2 months from 57.5 euros each).

Respectively, if a car owner of a car 2,400 cc with an annual fee of 920 euros wants to "get back" his license plates for the period July-December, he will have to pay 459.6 euros (76.6 euros for six months).

From May 12, the relevant process can be done through the platform mycar of AADE.

Extension of driving licenses and P.E.I. in the framework of the implementation of Regulation (EU) 2021/267 on the protection of public health and dealing with the consequences of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic

A. Driving licenses

1. It is extended for ten (10) months, in application of par. 1 of article 3
   of the relevant Regulation, the validity of the driving licenses with expiration date (indicated
   in the form) within the period from 1 September 2020 until
   on 30 June 2021, for driving in the territory of the European Union.
   Example: The validity of a driving license with an expiration date of the 20th
   December 2020 is extended until October 20, 2021.
2. It is extended again, in application of par. 2 of article 3 of the first relevant
   Regulation, the validity of driving licenses, the deadline of which
   validity, after the seven-month extension with the provisions of the second relevant Regulation,
   is within the period from 1 September 2020 until
   June 30, 2021, for six (6) months or until July 1, 2021, depending on which
   date is later, for driving in the territory of the European Union.

Exceptionally, in the following cases, it is provided to driving license holders
whose power is extended in accordance with points A1 and A2 the possibility to
submit the application for renewal on a date prior to its commencement
two months before the expiry date of the extended leave, under
condition of prior communication of the interested party with the competent Service:
i. An urgent need to go abroad to a non-EU country,
stated by the interested party in the application - affirmation.
ii. Case of participation in an announcement / competition, declared by
interested party in the application - affirmation.
iii. Case in which the deadline for submitting a medical certificate expires,
either the semester according to the relevant decree, or the
extention as set forth in Chapter C hereof.
iv. Any other emergency at the discretion of the competent Transport Service
and Communications case.

Β. Certificates of Professional Competence (P.E.I.)

1. It is extended for ten (10) months, in application of par. 1 of article 2 of the
   relevant Regulation:
   The deadline for completion by holders of P.E.I. of the provision in d)
   relevant decree and the u.a. 30063/4796/2013 (Β ’2643) program
   of periodic training, which they had to complete within the time frame
   from 1 September 2020 until 30 June 2021.
   The validity of P.E.I. of these holders, for driving in European Union territory
   Ένωσης.
   Example: Holder of P.E.I. who had to complete the periodic program
   training by 20 December 2020, may complete this by 20
   October 2021, date until which the validity of the already existing P.E.I. is extended.

2. It is extended again, in application of par. 2 of article 2 of the relevant
   Regulation:
   The deadline for completion by holders of P.E.I. of the provision in d)
   relevant decree and the u.a. 30063/4796/2013 periodic program
   which, after a seven-month extension in accordance with the provisions of
   the relevant Regulation, had to be completed within the time frame
   from 1 September 2020 until 30 June 2021
   The validity of P.E.I. of these holders, for driving in European Union territory
   Ένωσης
   for six (6) months or until July 1, 2021, depending on what date is
   later.
   Example 1: Holder of P.E.I. which after the seven-month extension with the provisions of
   relevant regulation had to complete the periodic training program by
   November 18, 2020, may complete this by July 1, 2021, date
   until which the validity of the already existing P.E.I. is extended.
   Example 2: Holder of P.E.I. which after the seven-month extension with the provisions of
   relevant regulation had to complete the periodic training program by
   February 18, 2021, may complete this within a further time frame
   for a period of six (6) months, ie until August 18, 2021, date by which
   the validity of the already existing P.E.I. is extended.

Driving license: In despair 50,000 candidate drivers and 2,500 driving schools

More than 50,000 candidate drivers are still waiting, as the prolonged lockdown keeps most of the driving schools closed, as both the classes and the driving exams have been suspended once again. About 25,000 applicants are awaiting training and examination in Attica, while out of a total of 50,000 citizens who are with the foot… on the brake, about 10,000 are interested in obtaining a motorcycle license without knowing when the green light will be given for the restart of the procedure.

The whole process of examining candidate drivers is entering a new era, with the primary goal of strengthening road safety. The adoption of new technologies in the whole range of education of future drivers is carried out with the aim of eliminating corruption. At the same time, about 50,000 candidate drivers are awaiting the lifting of restrictive measures taken due to the pandemic. On average, about 190,000 driving licenses are issued annually. The driving schools, for their part, currently operate with only 5% of their activity, as only examinations for the award of professional diplomas are carried out. It is worth noting that in total throughout Attica the driving schools that have large vehicles (necessary to obtain a professional diploma) are only 15 of the 500 that operate.
